Carousel is back and with some smokin’ hot changes at that!
On this edition of our Makeover Story series, we’re taking you on a ride to view some of the exciting new changes at our award-winning buffet restaurant, Carousel!
There’s something about the smoky aroma of grilled marbled meats that really whets our appetites
And we can’t be more excited to share that Carousel now has a new Churrasco station!
Just watching the delicious flames lick the meats,
and the dripping juices of the roast makes our mouths water
But that’s not to say that Carousel’s usual favourites won’t be there -
- We’re still serving up Singapore’s iconic hawker favourite at our Signature Chicken Rice Stall -
- our fresh selection of seafood upfront -
- and who could forget our signature dessert, the Bread & Butter Pudding!
Besides our popular ice-cream parlor, we also have a new Garden Dessert Station
Now, you can have your vegetables and eat your cake too!
(If you're wondering what this is, it's a purple sweet potato cake!)
Remember how we were going on about adding a pop of colour to your stay?
We’re taking that all the way from our funky macarons -
- to our vibrant mini tarts and cake pops -
- and even our private dining rooms!
There are graphic art murals inspired by Singapore Shophouse Windows throughout the restaurant
Even our Chief Experience Officers at Carousel have new and refreshing uniforms.
We know you can’t wait to see and taste our new changes
